Returns for Hard Copy Patterns:
We accept returns for hard copy cross stitch patterns if they are returned in their original condition within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you meet these conditions, please contact us at contactwillowhill@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Digital PDF Downloads:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital PDF downloads. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and images carefully before making a purchase to ensure that you are selecting the right pattern for your needs.
